WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We only accept returns on damaged items that is not your fault, we ask for images of the product in it's original packaging to see the damage, If this is the case then we would ask you to send the item back to us and we can either replace it or fully refund you once the item is back with us.

We also accept returns if we have made a mistake in this instance we will cover postage back to us and we can either replace your item or refund you once the item is back with us.

WHY IS THE TURN AROUND SO LONG?

Our turn around is 7-10 weeks as this covers my suppliers turn around as well. 

I also work full time in the week then when I get home I am in full mummy mode until Hunter goes to bed. My evenings and weekends are the only time I can crack down and get orders done.

Most items do not take this long but we like to have this turn around to cover us.
